Every once in a while I'm in a T-Mobile dead zone, but need to make a call
or check a mapquest entry, and the PP credit comes in handy. Likewise when
I'm in a Canadian roaming area, where PP is allowed -- even if my T-Mobile
handset is active, its rates would be far more prohibitive (on my tariff).

Think of it, as Elmo P.S. might put it, as the price of admission :-) . HTH

But what postpaid service lets you spend nothing?

Let me rephrase that: what postpaid service that's worth a damn lets
you spend nothing?

We have spare/emergency phones in each vehicle. @ $10 every 120 days that
~$2.50 per month. Car trouble bad/no phone not a problem. Grand kids
going different directions on an outing not a problem.

Like having a spare tire and a jack you don't buy those intending to have a
flat you buy those incase you have a flat.

Recall that that CC commercial ,,, being prepared PRICELESS.

I was responding to YOU.

You don't have to put more money on it every few months to keep it
active.

I repeat: what postpaid service that's worth a damn lets you spend
nothing?

Oh, I am not complaining, I was just wondering if there was a way to use the
credit that has accumulated for a useful purpose... once you have over a
certain amount on there you won't need it even in an emergency.

Also, one of the lines is just not needed anymore as the person using it
passed away.

Two thoughts, neither necessarily of great use: give the line that's now
redundant to a young relative (grandchild, cousin, niece/nephew) or other
cellular newbie; or, catch a PP rep in a good enough mood that PP will
allow you to merge the redundant line's credit(s) into one of the other
lines and then drop that redundant line. HTH.

You didn't call me out on anything moron.
page plus is a PRE PAY plan system YOU HAVE to PUT MONEY on the account
every 90 days OR YOU LOSE any unused balance.
do you're research idiot.
PRE PAY plans are for those who cant afford a real plan like mine or are
just to cheap to pay for a decent pay per month plan.
ask any phone store and you will find they make millions off the PRE PAY
suckers who fall for the no contact BS.
I had a 2 year contract and let it expire and kept my $ 30.00 a month
UNLIMITED EVERY THING plan.
do you know what that means moron?
you pay one price and get UNLIMITED USE OF ALL SERVICES.
no data caps NOTHING.
TRY THAT WITH YOU'RE PRE PAY BS PLANS.
SUCKER,
I don't pay more per month then i have to I CHOSE TO PAY FOR WHAT I USE.
I make 90 grand a year 30 a month for me is a drop in the bucket pocket
change.
my phone it self costs 800 bucks BECAUSE I CHOSE THE BEST MADE PHONE OUT.
CHOICE MORON.
we non pre pay users CHOSE to pay for what WE WANT.
you wanted someone to tell you a post pay plan that is worth its money.
MINE IS the only other service close to it is metro PCS but its service area
sucks in Maine.
and yes that is a PRE PAY service.
so go back to you're over priced pre pay service and sit on it.
loser.

You're an idiot.

Someone commented on his unused PagePlus credits; you answered by saying
that you spend "no more than you want or need to". But then you
stopped, and didn't offer any advice on how to achieve that.

I called you out on it, and now you're my bitch. You've been exposed
for the liar you are. You do spend more than you need to, every month.

the best way is to just talk and talk till its gone then get rid of it and
get a real pay per month unlimited plan like mine.
pre pay is for those who cant afford or are to cheap to pay for a real
account.
I tried one once NEVER AGAIN.
