I have cleared messages yet the message icon still showing on mobile.
Anyone had this?

There are two message icons. One is for text messages (has a pen) and
the other is VM (has ))) ). Which do you see?

OK, make sure that all messages for both SMS AND email have been read.

I did, and they were.
I got rid of the icon by using.'Cleanup all messages'.....although there
were none.it cleared the icon.

OTOH, the indicator may have just been "stuck" due to a network glitch.
This is mentioned in the dictionary under Excrement Occurs.

Did you clear EVERY single message? I think there are some templates
classified as messages.

Yes, only mine shows that I have a voice mail message and when I check
my voice mail, voice says 'no messages'

Create a new message by calling your phone and leaving a message. Then check
your VM and delete the message and the icon should turn off.

Yes, only mine shows that I have a voice mail message and when I check my
