Default HS820 International Version. What does international version mean?

I am looking at purchasing a HS820 Bluetooth headset but the one I am
looking at purchasing says it is the international version. What does
that mean, will I be able to to use it with my Cingular V551 domestic
phone? Thanks for you help on this subject.

International means it works everywhere as opposed to only a specific
country. Remember, the USA is "international" if you're in another country.
