T-Mo has one thing that no other service provider can match
can you play internet radio with 3650 or n-gage?
other service providers can't, or EXTEMELY expensive
only T-Mo costs 19.99 (with voice plan)
just consider about why T-Mo don't change the name of Voicestream right
after acquired
then you may find the progress of them
Verizon didn't have good coverage several years ago, it's been AT&T world
or we have to take time to see how T-Mo grows

As a current T-Mobile user, I think the customer service T-Mobile
provides is next to none. I will admit the bulk minutes are nice and
the price is cheap, but in general, as a company goes, T-Mobile is the

Their coverage and 1900 MHz signal penetration are issues, but
honestly, when I read something like this, I almost don't believe Tom
is a T-Mo customer and that this is a troll. T-Mo is hands down the
friendliest, most accommodating CS in the industry. Bend over
backwards, do anything short of giving the moon... that's how T-Mo
operates. From assigning vanity numbers, to combining and splitting
lines for family plans, to the overly generous handset exchange
program, to the no questions asked credits for mistake charges (user
caused in most instances, including mine), to the friendly and
courteous CSR's on the phone, to the infinite changing of monthly
plans without a contract extension, to the patient answering of
questions, to the canceling of contracts without penalty because of
unforeseen signal trouble... I don't know how T-Mo CS could be better
short of paying us money.

I have rotated through several phones now for one reason or another and

However, if there is an issue with a phone they didn't sell, they may
very well say that it is an "unsupported handset," and then refuse to
isolate any issues beyond that point. Their website stakes this ground
as well.

My T616 stopped working with T-Zones quite recently. They refused to
move the ticket forward because they do not sell the T616. So, my
attempts to do any WAP using T-Zones are now lost. (I used it spefically
to go to T-Mobile specific sites, so using Yahoo's WAP wasn't a

Have you another phone, or access to one, that they do support? Maybe you
can work around the system to get the T-zone reconfigured for you. Or post
for help here, and we can try and get your settings correct.

It works in the T-Mobile branded T610. :-/ Others with a T616 are having
the same issue. Oh well.
