I live in the town & I know from officials that T-Mobil is one of the
carriers located on the tower. The electric looks to be complete as well as
the backup generators & there haven't been any installation guys there in
months. It is possible that there aiming their antennas only south of the
tower & not towards my location but not likely. I live on the downside of a
hill & once I get to the top of the hill I pick up strong signals from NY,
so it's impossible to tell if the signal is coming from the new tower or
not.

I don't know who owns the tower but T-Mobil is definitely one of the
carriers that has antennas on it.

Again -- HOW DO YOU KNOW???!!! If you definately see a T-Mobile BTS, the
holdup could be a number of things: power, a pending T1, and so forth. A
new T-Mo site in my area was held up by the installation of a power meter

by
the power co. Took nearly 2 months...

Is there anyone (other than Cust Service) I can talk to at T-Mobil about
when a newly erected tower will become operational? The work at the tower
site has been complete for months now but I can't really detect an increase
in signal strength in my home vicinity.

See if http://www.tmobiletowers.com/ gives any info.

I'm in the north Jersey area. Talked to the customer service rep yesterday
& was told that they plan on having 2 towers in my area but couldn't give me
any inf. as to when the existing tower would be operational. I'll check
with T-Mob store today.

WHERE DO YOU LIVE? YOU CAN GO TO A LOCAL DEALER OR A T-MOBILE DIRECT
STORE AND THEY CAN TELL YOU IF T-MOBILE PUT UP A SITE IN CERTAIN AREA'S.
T-MOBILE ALWAYS ANNOUNCES BIRTH SITES TO ALL ITS DEALERS.
